The T120K fills a preselected, empiled amount of tablets with an
output of 30 to 240 tubes/min (depending on the configuration level) in tubes. The tubes are
orientated by a sorting device (RS), filled and then closed with a plug. The machine uses format
parts than can easily be exchanged for varying product dimensions.
The T120k runs fully automatic
and can be configured according to your production environment.

The T 20s is a semi-automatic tube filling and closing machine
that fills layered round tablets into tubes with a maximum speed of
20 tubes per Minute.
The machine is loaded manually with tubes, tablets and
plugs are loaded automatically. The filled and closed tubes are withdrawn manually for further
production steps.

The TP 160 is a fully automatic machine for unfolding paper
trays and filling them with tubes with a max. speed of
160 tubes per minute.
The filled trays are pushed pneumatically on a conveyor belt.
Next to the basic functions devices for a fully automatic capping and glueing of the tray-tube units
are availble on request.
